Passporting Quality Assurance and Accountability Mechanism

(QuAAM) Data Collection Tool

The Quality Assurance and Accountability Mechanism (QuAAM), developed by the National Association of Non-Governmental Organisations (NANGO) in partnership with the Centre for Humanitarian Analytics (CHA), serves as the essential pathway for NGOs to onboard onto the Zimbabwe Social Impact Investment Exchange (ZimSIIX) platform. This comprehensive quality assurance tool aligns with international best practices and the domesticated Core Humanitarian Standard commitments, enhancing NGOs' operational credibility and accountability. By completing the QuAAM process, organizations not only demonstrate their commitment to excellence but also gain access to ZimSIIX, a blockchain-enabled platform that functions as a sector-wide NGO mapping and a dynamic interface for social investors. This integration facilitates improved coordination, optimizes resource allocation, and enables real-time financial tracking and impact measurement. Consequently, NGOs can effectively showcase their contributions across various service delivery thematic areas, fostering greater transparency, attracting potential funding opportunities, and contributing to a more robust and trustworthy civil society sector in Zimbabwe.

This data collection tool will gather detailed information on your organization’s governance, operations, financial management, and programmatic reach. Your responses will support profiling your organisation on the ZimSIIX platform and help generate dashboards to profile transparency and impact analysis.

This tool also serves as a capacity needs assessment tool for tailored capacity strengthening initiatives. The QuAAm process will help in shaping and advancing self-governance within the sector.
